Football!

Today I am a bit sad, because Carmen has left and, as she hasn’t said anything to me (or maybe she has said something but I don’t understand her) I don’t know when she will return.

Talking of other things, today I will tell my experience with football. Yesterday, Valencia played a match (that seems to be important because a lot of people went to see it) against the local team: the PSV Eindhoven. When Javi finished his work and came back home, he picked me up at home and we ent to the Philips Stadion with our tickets. The atmosphere was fantastic, although I was really surprised because I was the only cat in the supporters.

The match was a bit boring instead of the two goals, but it could be because I don’t understand a lot this sport: 20 people running behind a ball… I can run alone behind it! Nevertheless, I am really happy because Javi commented to me that Valencia advanced to the next round of the tournament instead of the draw.

During the halftime and the previous moments before the game, I amused myself by making some photos of the stadium, for this, I don’t appear in any of them. Ah! I forget to comment that, besides seeing the match, I could make one of the things that I love: meet new people. Javi introduced me to some of his colleagues in the job, although was really difficult to understand some of them… After that, someone said to me that they are from other countries: Belgians, Irish, Italians,… I hope that they come someday home, you know that I like to be with many people!

When I came back home, I needed to waste some energy, and I decided to play with my little ball to copy the players that I was seeing before. With that amount of wasted energy, support the team and the efforts to see something in the middle of many people, I fell exhausted on the sofa.

Meow.

Nico, I don't understand!
